Living Space

The ground floor opens into a welcoming hallway leading to a beautifully renovated lounge.

Filled with natural light, this comfortable living space offers leather sofas, a SMART TV, DVD player and stereo, along with a collection of books, games and toys for guests to enjoy. A large sash window opens onto a small balcony overlooking the High Street, creating a wonderful spot to sit and watch Swanage life pass by below.

A large dining table provides plenty of space for family meals, board games and planning the next day's adventures.

WiFi is available throughout the cottage.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering holidays and includes:

Stairs lead to the spacious principal bedroom tucked beneath the eaves.

Guests benefit from two outdoor areas.

The first is a small south-facing patio area furnished with a picnic bench seating up to four guests, creating a pleasant spot to enjoy a morning coffee or light meal outdoors.

The second is the unique High Street-facing balcony accessed directly through the large sash window in the lounge. Furnished with seating for two, it provides a fascinating vantage point from which to watch the town's daily activity unfold below.
