Rockleigh Cottage

Rockleigh Cottage is a beautifully renovated three-bedroom coastal retreat, perfectly positioned close to Peveril Point and offering an ideal base for exploring Swanage. With a generous south-facing, fully enclosed garden and charming period features throughout, this cottage provides a relaxing and welcoming setting for up to six guests.

Living Spaces

The light and comfortable living room overlooks the garden and features seating for six, a smart TV, and a wood burner for cosy evenings. A small rear window offers a glimpse of the sea.

The well-equipped kitchen includes stone flooring, an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dining table, and lovely views across the garden. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave for added convenience.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Rockleigh Cottage offers three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:

• Ground floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and W.C.

• First floor: Twin bedroom with sea view; Kingsize bedroom with sea views.

A family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin, and W.C. is also located on the first floor.

Please note: access to the first floor is via narrow, steep stairs consistent with the age and character of the property.

Rockleigh Cottage combines modern comfort with traditional charm and offers an excellent location for coastal walks, sea views, and relaxing holiday moments.

The cottage has low ceilings, a narrow steep staircase and stone flooring and a steep drop to the cottage from the front gate. It therefore is not suitable for people of restricted mobility. No children under 5 years of age. No animals are permitted due to hypoallergenic conditions of other guests.
