The well-equipped kitchen includes stone flooring, an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dining table, and lovely views across the garden. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave for added convenience.

Rockleigh Cottage offers three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:
• Ground floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and W.C.
• First floor: Twin bedroom with sea view; Kingsize bedroom with sea views.
A family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin, and W.C. is also located on the first floor.
Please note: access to the first floor is via narrow, steep stairs consistent with the age and character of the property.
