A private ground-floor entrance leads upstairs to the main landing. The principal bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite shower room with basin and WC. Steps lead up to the dedicated dining area with table and chairs. The second bedroom includes two single beds and has direct access to the Jack & Jill bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway and includes a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.

The light and airy lounge enjoys views towards Swanage Bay and is furnished with a sofabed, two sofas, an armchair, digital television and an electric fire. The well-equipped kitchen includes a small breakfast table, electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a CD player.

A large south-facing balcony, complete with outdoor table and chairs, provides an ideal spot for relaxing in the sun. Family-friendly facilities include a travel cot, highchair and stair gate.

The property benefits from two allocated parking spaces located in the grounds of the Purbeck House Hotel opposite. Gas-fired central heating is provided throughout. Please note that barbecues are not permitted.
