4 Court Cottages is a charming 200-year-old two-bedroom property set within one of the oldest and most atmospheric parts of Swanage. Just a five-minute walk from the town centre and within easy reach of the beach, shops, and coastal paths, this cottage offers an inviting base for families, couples, and guests travelling with a dog.

The ground-floor lounge features two comfortable sofas, a dining table with chairs, and a 43-inch Smart TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day exploring Purbeck. The adjoining kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, and a small dining area, with a door leading directly to the rear garden. A ground-floor shower room with electric shower, basin, and w.c. provides added convenience.

Open-riser, fairly steep stairs lead to the first floor, where you will find the main bedroom with a double bed and child’s bunk beds, and a second bedroom with two single beds. A further shower room with shower, basin, and w.c. completes the layout.

The enclosed rear garden offers outdoor seating—ideal for enjoying sunny afternoons or relaxed evening meals. The cottage is heated via electric night storage heaters, with immersion heating for hot water. Bed linen is provided.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge of £30 per week each, making this a great choice for pet-friendly holidays in Swanage.

Parking is available for one car in the rear service lane, though access may be tight for larger vehicles.
