This bright and generously sized first-floor apartment offers beautiful sea views across the rooftops of Swanage towards Bournemouth and is just a short walk from both the town centre and the beach. Accommodating up to 4 adults, 2 children and a baby, it is an excellent choice for families or groups seeking a comfortable coastal stay.
A private ground-floor entrance leads upstairs to the main landing. The principal bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite shower room with basin and WC. Steps lead up to the dedicated dining area with table and chairs. The second bedroom includes two single beds and has direct access to the Jack & Jill bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway and includes a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.
The light and airy lounge enjoys views towards Swanage Bay and is furnished with a sofabed, two sofas, an armchair, digital television and an electric fire. The well-equipped kitchen includes a small breakfast table, electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a CD player.
A large south-facing balcony, complete with outdoor table and chairs, provides an ideal spot for relaxing in the sun. Family-friendly facilities include a travel cot, highchair and stair gate.
The property benefits from two allocated parking spaces located in the grounds of the Purbeck House Hotel opposite. Gas-fired central heating is provided throughout. Please note that barbecues are not permitted.
With a central town location and just 200m from the beach, this apartment offers an excellent base for a memorable Swanage holiday.

Been coming to swanage since the mid 70s, absolutely love the area and have stayed in many properties over the years. swanage Holiday properties are by far the easiest and most helpful people we have dealt with and 9 springhill house is our favourite flat, great location and its comfortable and feels like a home from home.
